EIC work from our Airstream kitchens and support vehicles when on location catering for up to 1200 each day, with 2nd/3rd units to service satellite locations.

We can also provide fully equipped production kitchens set up within marquees or studios with modern well-maintained equipment. We can supply supplementary marquees/tents for separate dining and refreshment areas.
